Chemonics International Inc, a leading international consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., is seeking long-term employees and short-term consultants for anticipated USAID projects in Ghana. It is anticipated that these projects will focus on multiple sectors, including education, agriculture, and health.

We are recruiting finance officers for these anticipated multi-year projects. These officers will be responsible forthe overall financial management of the project and will manage budgets, project accounts, and other financial aspects of the projects.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   5 years of demonstrated experience and success in financial management of international development projects.
•   Demonstrated knowledge of USAID financial and management systems, regulations, and reporting requirements;
•   Experience working with USAID contracts preferred
•   Degree in business administration, finance, economics, public administration, accounting, or closely related field;
•   Experience building the financial management capacity of organizations or institutions preferred;
•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
•   Fluency in English required.
