Vanguard Assurance Company Ltd, a major player in the insurance industry has vacancy for the position of Financial Controller

Duties

•   Overall supervision of the Finance Function of the company
•   Preparation of periodic Management and Financial reports
•   Managing the credit control function
•   Preparation of annual and periodic forecasts and budgets
•   Any other duties assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

Person Specification

•   A University Degree in Finance or related field
•   A member of a professional body such as CIMA,ICA(GH),ACCAetc
•   At least 5 years post qualification experience in a senior management capacity. Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
•   An MBA in Finance or Accounting will be an added advantage
•   Must be a team player with excellent people management skills
