A Washington, DC-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to stimulating sustainable growth in the agricultural sector of developing and emerging economics seeks to recruit qualified candidates for its impending project.

Responsibilities:

•  The Financial Sector Capacity Building Specialist will lead technical assistance activities to Ghanaian financial intermediaries to develop their capacity to effectively assess, underwrite, and structure agricultural related transactions
•  He/She will provide support to expand the capacity of Ghanaian financial intermediaries to undertake agriculture related investment and/or to develop agriculture lending units and agricultural certification programs

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Potential candidates should have extensive experience working in Ghanaian financial sector
•  Demonstrated experience in building the capacity of financial firms, and knowledge of both the potential and constraints related to agricultural finance
