Job Vacancy For Foreman – Process Day Shift (Gold Room) At Keegan Resources Ghana Ltd
Keegan Resources Ghana Ltd. (“KRGL”) is a fully-?owned subsidiary of Asanko Gold Inc., a company
which is building the Asanko Gold Mine, Ghana’s next goldmine. The vision of Asanko is to become a mid-tier gold mining company that maximizes value for all stakeholders.
KRGL is seeking to employ a qualified person to fill the role below. This is a permanent position with a competitive work roster resident in a single status camp environment. The camp’s facilities include fully serviced air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi access, laundry service, wet mess, sporting facilities (swimming pool, gym, volleyball/basketball, tennis, pool tables, table soccer, soccer grounds). Remuneration package includes attractive salary and performance based incentive payments.

Position: Foreman - Process Day Shift (Gold Room)
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the electro-winning process as well as the pulling of cathodes and preparation of cathodes for
smelting;
• Managing the process of preparing all material for smelting
• Smelting of the concentrates and the production of bullion
• Oversee overall security in the gold room;
• Controlling access to the gold vault and ensure timely and safe dispatches of gold
• Responsible for the key register for the vault
Qualification Required & Experience
• Relevant Metallurgical or Security qualification from a recognised institution
• Over 10 years experience in gold room operation, three (3) of which must have been managing the gold room
• Must have impeccable security track record
• Must have an impeccable ethical track record
• Good understanding of relevant applicable legislations and Regulations
• Ability to plan and organise.
