Job Summary
CEIBS Africa Programme is presently expanding its workforce and at the same time increasing the number of programmes that it delivers. In order to strengthen our marketing efforts, maintain the quality relationships we have with all our stakeholders and improve our efficiency we are currently recruiting personnel for key position.
Responsibilities
• First contact person for incoming calls. People visiting the office and prospects for participation in CEIBS programmes.
• Update database of prospects.
• Update website CEIBS Africa program, CEIBS Africa pages on Facebook, etc.
• Admin assistance to marketing team, organizing info sessions, campaigns, country visits, etc.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Higher Education Degree.
• Flexible, service oriented and results driven personality.
• Excellent communication and organizing skills.
• Work experience in front office or similar positions.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
