Stellar Property Services (SPS), a leading supplier of estate management and general maintenance services, is seeking to recruit a:- General Construction / Building Foreman

Responsible

•   To manage the construction and refurbishment services provided by SPS including:
•   Brick work
•   Ground work
•   Light construction
•   Carpentry services
•   Welding and metal work
•   Refurbishment of existing civil structures

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND level qualification or equivalent gained in the construction industry
•   Substantial experience gained in a previous role where all of the services above were provided
•   Should have a valid driving licence
•   Strong verbal and written communication skills gained in a business environment
•   Experience of leading a small team to deliver an on time and agreed standard of service
