Our client, a newly established stone quarry in Northern Ghana requires the services of the following personnel for immediate employment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Performs a variety of quarrying labouring tasks including:
•   Loads and unloads quarry materials and moves materials to work areas
•   Cleans up scrap, equipment and tools
•   Signals truck drivers and other operators to dump on excavation sites
•   Erects barricades
•   Cleans, sorts and piles materials
•   Uses simple tools such as wrecking bars, strippers, etc.
•   Tends conveyor belts
•   Provides assistance in other activities on site as directed

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Less than six months experience performing labouring tasks on quarry in the industrial, commercial or institutional sectors
•   Willing and able to do heavy manual labour
•   Willing to take instructions from a variety of personnel
•   May be required to work at heights
