Stellar Lodge is seeking to recruit a General Maintenance Supervisor for a busy upmarket hotel and apartment complex with a total of 50 rooms, onsite pool, restaurant and bar situated in the heart of Takoradi

Responsibilities

•  Ensuring consistency and standards of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and lighting systems throughout the entire complex
•  Management of employees and 3rd party contractors
•  Production and supervision of a programme of preventative maintenance

Qualification Required & Experience

•  At least 4 years’ experience in general maintenance of a hotel or other larger building
•  Plumbing qualifications and/or experience gained in a similar environment
•  Certification in international electrical standards for a commercial building
•  Should have a valid driving licence
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills gained in a business environment
•  Experience of managing a small team to deliver an agreed standard of service
