Qualification Required & Experience

•   First & Postgraduate degree / professional qualification in administration
•   At least 10 years experience in a similar management position in a large institution
•   Must have strong analytical, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
•   Be energetic, proactive, dedicated, performance-driven and capable of working under pressure
•   Must have a proven problem—solving ability
•   Must be FULLY COMPUTER-LITERATE
•   Must be a FEMALE ABOVE 40 YEARS
•   must have a valid driving License

KEY COMPETENCIES

•   Demonstrate a full understanding of good corporate governance
•   Demonstrate sound working understanding in management areas such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Production etc
•   Ability to develop and implement policies that align with corporate strategy
•   Demonstrate ability to coordinate activities of businesses ordepartments concerned with the production, pricing, sales' or distribution of products.
