We are a well established leading player in the freight and logistics sector and growing rapidly in Ghana and within the sub region, we are seeking to recruit General Manager

Roles Definition & Accountabilities

• Ensuing Leadership & Organisational Effectiveness in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment of company operations in line with the vision, mission, values and culture.
• Financial Management: provides leadership to ensure a solid cash flow projection, budget preparation and implementation with quality assurance, cost reduction and reporting.
• Organisational and People Matters: in conjunction with the teams ensure appropriate manpower levels consistent with organisational requirement and the development of the workforce.
• Relationship: maintains external contact with appropriate public and private sectors.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first degree in Business Administration from a recognised university. An MBA or suitable equivalent from a recognised university will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of fifteen years work experience, 5 years at a senior management level.
• Experience in the Shipping and Logistics industry and working in ISO certified environment is an added advantage.
