A Wellness Center in Accra is recruiting a General Manager with Sales & Marketing Background and proven leadership and business acumen abilities. A non-Ghanaian,mostly African living in Ghana is preferable with a knowledge of previous experience in hospitality or marketing services.

Main Responsibilities

• Creating marketing campaigns to promote the business through social media channels, newsletters, flyers, and other means of communication
• Ensuring that all staff members are properly trained for their positions
• Managing employee relations issues such as resolving conflicts between staff members and scheduling shifts accordingly
• Meeting with clients to discuss their desired treatment plans and answer any questions they may have about the spa’s services
• Overseeing facility operations to ensure that they meet state and local guidelines for sanitation and safety
• Developing marketing strategies to increase customer retention and attract new clients to the spa

Qualification Required & Experience

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred
• Certification from any reputable professional institution locally or abroad
• Five years of related experience required with customer service or hospitality background.
