Job Summary
• To lead the team by having oversight on all aspects of our operations, setting customer-centric strategic direction, optimizing production processes, maintaining precision quality standards and driving growth and profitability
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership for the company
• To develop and implement a comprehensive operational plan to drive growth, profitability and market expansion
• Oversee the development of the company's annual budget and ensure the financial sustainability of the company
• Oversee all aspects of the company's operations
• Lead the technical team by managing all strategic operations, processes and resourcing to achieve and maintain operational excellence
• Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements
• Ensure company policies are communicated effectively to all staff and adhered to at all times
• Manage team effectively to achieve agreed KPIs ensuring they understand and observe company rules, regulations and safety procedures
• Provide proper guidelines and motivation to drive performance in the company
• Establish and maintain relations with external organisation as a means of promoting the company and its products
• Oversee business development activities of the company to evaluate potential for revenue generation
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through provision of timely delivery and professional customer services
• Identify talent and ensure that all key roles are filled with competent staff
• Develops a work environment that promotes a high performance culture and positive staff morale
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Board of Directors
• Attend and participate in Board/Shareholder meetings
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the board
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Business Administrative or industrial engineering degree with 10-15 years experience working with production / manufacturing-based technology, process and principles is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior management executive role or an MBA will be an added advantage
