We are a customer-focused electrical appliance and power equipment Distribution and Retail company, looking for an experienced and results-oriented executive to join our top performing team.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities

•   Set the strategic sales & marketing agenda of the business and manage team to execute strategic plans and initiatives
effectively and successfully
•   Lead and direct Sales Managers, shops, warehouse and 3rd party service providers
•   Manage the interface between the company and customer complaints and facilitate prompt and satisfactory resolution
•   Set territorial targets for Managers and monitor / evaluate performance on a monthly basis
•   Manage general sales office administration and back office support for business development
•   Lead the development of effective cross-functional team, follow through and facilitate communication of key sale initiatives to internal and external customers
•   Analyse and report on business performance weekly basis

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of a second class upper), MBA will be a plus
•   At least 10 years experience in a sales role including 5 years managerial role
•   With sharp business acumen
•   Can do attitude, commitment to excellent results
•   Good communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration package commersurate to responsibilities and results.
