Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

•   Would be responsible for the operations department of the company.
•   Develop a consolidated annual operating plan that directs, coordinates and controls the business affairs of the company and upon approval of the MD,implement same.
•   Establishing and communicating to employees, goals of the company that will provide for market leadership, superior customer loyalty and creating a congenial working environment suitanle for effective team work
•   Continously prospecting for new customers opportunities for the Company, creating new businesses and profit opportunities for the company
•   Maintaining a leadership position with respect to the use of technology in the company's sales and marketing initiatives

Qualification Required & Experience

The suitable must be/have

•   At least degree in Electrical Engineering with a significant knowledge of Generating Sets and its business in the sub-region
•   An additional degree in Management or an MBA will be an added advantage
•   Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant working experience. At least ten (10) years of which must be in a senior level management position in a  related business environment
•   Should be self-motivated, results-oriented, team-minded and an execellent communicator
