We are looking for a Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
• Interpreting the clients business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and communicating that efficiently
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of time
• Working with a wide range of media using 2D & 3D software programs including photography and computer aided design
• Developing interactive design
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements and other communication materials

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years experience in graphic designing field
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & after effects)
• Strong graphic design and layout skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Maintain a good level of communication with team members
• Ability to follow design guidelines, standards and best practices
• Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and ability to liaise between print and digital artwork
• Skilled designing/animating for paid media
• Excellent retouching skills & colour correction
• Strong organisation skills ensure you keep a comprehensive, trackable list of jobs and deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multimedia design
