Our client, Ghana’s leading real estate developer is seeking seasoned Director for the following position Head Facilities in Ghana.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide leadership for a portfolio of properties
• Provide exceptional organisational and leadership to the facilities team
• International exposure in customer service focused industries is beneficial
• Ensuring Coordination and management of daily operation of the Unit to enhance customer service.
• Leading all projects, repairs, maintenance and installation of conventional buildings
• Follow up on correction of defects in material or workmanship of contractor’s work

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree and a Project Management Qualification
• 15 years facilities management experience in Large Properties.
