A dynamic non-banking financial institution is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced persons with drive and innovation for the following role.

Key Responsibilities

•  Report to the managing director on all institutional and branch operational issues
•  Provide effective administration and management of all branches while formulating policies and procedures for the smooth running of branches
•  Ensure that operational lapses are mitigated against
•  Manage and co-ordinate all domestic operations of the institution
•  Spearhead the institution’s service excellence goals at all branches
•  Develop a policy for internal efficiency and ensure that service quality is maintained at the highest level to ensure minimum customer attrition
•  Ensure the achievement of Know Your Customer (KYC) targets of the institution
•  Conduct regular review if operational manuals and policies to identify weaknesses and propose solutions to management
•  Facilitate the provision of logistics and resources required by all branches
•  Ensure that the institution and branches operate BOG's regulations

Skill Requirements

The Prospective applicant must:-

•  Have a vast degree of knowledge and experience in banking operations
•  Have at least 7 yrs related work experience with not less than three years being in a managerial role
•  Have a strong appreciation of the Banking Act
•  Have the aptitude to train and impart knowledge
•  Have a good appreciation of operational risk management in branch operations
•  Have a minimum of CIB and /or a degree in a related field. An advanced degree is an added advantage
