A reputable and leading Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking to recruit qualified persons to fill the following position:- Head of Banking Operations

Duties / Responsibilities

•   To effectively supervise the operations of the branches of the Bank
•   To offer support and perform any other operational functions that may be assigned by the General Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicant must have a Degree in Accounting / Banking and Finance and /or Equivalent Professional qualification e.g. CA, ACCA, CIB with a minimum of 10 years of proven banking experience of which part should have been at a supervisory level
•   Must be a team player and be prepared to work under pressure and with very little or no supervision
•   Must be computer literate. Knowledge in T24 software shall be an added advantage
•   Must be conversant with Bank of Ghana prudential requirements
•   Must be knowledgeable in Head Office and Branch Banking
•   Must possess leadership qualities
