An IT Communications Company seeks to hire an enthusiastic individual who would be responsible for devising, developing and delivering a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan for business development, income generation and awareness-raising for successful delivery of new income stream

Responsibilities

•   Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets
•   Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
•   Be responsible for achieving targets
•   Be responsible for achieving targeted marketing spend
•   Be responsible for resolving all customer complaints
•   Be responsible for decreasing accounts receivables
•   Be responsible for increasing the Ghana Market Share in mobile devices
•   Increase customer relationships with key accounts and key dealers
•   Increase customer (dealers) satisfaction
•   Develop a positive working culture
•   Manage and maintain the time-lines for reporting

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
•   Eight plus years of working experience
•   Experience in direct selling & prospecting for new businesses within the mobile phone market
•   Should have mobile phone device experience
•   The ability to formulate strategies and concepts
•   Experience in organizational development and strategic planning
•   Good communications, interpersonal and IT skills
•   Experience in working with Expatriates is key
•   Exceptional 'people' skills
•   Should have solid negotiation skills
•   Should have high presentation and demonstration skills
•   Goal oriented and performance driven
•   An orientation to learning and research
