A leading financial institution is seeking to recruit an experienced individual to fill the position as:- Head of Corporate Finance

Key Responsibilities

•   Providing general corporate advisory services to clients
•   Assisting corporate clients to generate investment capital
•   Gathering, analyzing and interpreting complex financial data
•   Assessing and forecasting financial risk and returns
•   Develop financial modelling for investment appraisals and projections
•   Negotiating and structuring financial details
•   Providing investment advice, strategy and recommendations
•   Preparing legal documents and prospectuses for new issues
•   Co-ordinate the activities of allied professional teams on new issues
•   Develop and grow the corporate finance business of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree in Mathematics/Statistics and an MBA

Competences

•   Strong managerial and supervisory skills
•   Mature judgment, high degree of initiative and responsibility
•   Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills
•   Must be conversant with government business
•   Have good human relations

Experience

•   A minimum of five (5) years experience of direct relevant work

Remuneration: Attractive remuneration packages commensurate with the position.
