A reputable Ghanaian-owned Life Assurance Company requires qualified candidates for immediate employment: Head of Distribution

The job holder shall be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and distribution plan to achieve sales targets and work with functional heads to expand the company’s customer base
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Identify and harness new client opportunities, while retaining and upgrading existing customer base Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Review periodic reports on the performance of the major distribution channels
• Liaise with the HR and Training departments to implement performance management initiatives capacity development and
• Lead in the preparation of the distribution budget
• Provide any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

Successful candidates should:

• Be holders of Master’s Degree in Marketing or any sales related field.
• Advanced professional qualification from a recognised institution preferably the ACII
• At least have a minimum of 10-years work experience with at least five years in Managerial level in a similar role.
