Job Vacancy For Head Of Human Resources and Administration

Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of first degree in Human Resource, industrial psychology or organisational development
Experience
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource and Administration, experience in Payroll and Transport Administration would be an added advantage.
• Must be au fait with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc).
Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and IT skills
• An interest in career development and training within and outside the workplace.
Job Functions
• Manage recruitment process by tracking requistions, posting positions, preparing offer letters and contract documents, arranging on boarding and conducting orientation.
• Process HR transactions including new hires, confirmation, terminations, transfers, promotions etc.
• Benefits administration (Leave, Flexi-benefits, Insurance, compensation, etc)
• Any other task or project that may be assigned from time-to-time

• Honest with high sense of integrity
Remuneration
• Commensurate with experience and salary history, but very attractive
