Job Vacancy For Head of Inflight Services At Airline Company
This new flagship airline would connect the sub-region with the rest of the world. As part of the start-up team of executives, the relevant position would enable you to have a solid input to the success and direction of this exciting new venture. These are exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. As one of the senior executives within the business you will be a key member of the team to set and develop your department.
As part of the senior management team, you will develop all policies, procedures and systems for a new Airline and will have direct responsibility for the development and implementation of the strategy for this new Airline. We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.
Report directly to the Chief Customer Officer (CXO).
• The Head of Inflight Services will set the strategy and policy for the Inflight Services Department and is responsible for the effective leadership and management of all cabin crew ensuring that the highest levels of safety, service, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency are achieved and maintained throughout the network.
• This position also carries the responsibility to influence the behaviour of cabin crew to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.
• You will be expected to define, implement and influence all cabin crew related customer experience standards and processes.
• You will also be responsible for best practices related to crew management and Inflight Services to ensure a highly engaged workforce that is informed, high performing and aligned to the customer experience deliverables.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Excellent management, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are an absolute requirement for this role.
• Capable of innovating and implementing process improvements and coaching/mentoring others.
• Fluent in written/spoken English is essential but written/spoken French would be desirable.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years people leadership experience including performance management
• Previous experience as a Flight Attendant will be considered an asset
• Proven ability to provide high level of customer service and anticipate and understand guest needs
