A reputable pharmaceutical company in Accra with branches in the Regions is searching for individuals with a track record of experience supervising and leading internal Audit team for a large conglomerate.

Successful Candidates would be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and end of year reporting
• Overseeing accurate and appropriate recordings and analysis of all transactions
• Conduct special investigation and audit assignment as requested by the audit committee/superior
• Ensuring that internal controls are robust and are adhered to by all
• Training, continued professional development and performance management of staff
• To evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that is currently in place
• To supervise monthly, quarterly and end of year stock-taking
• Ensuring integrity of financial data and compliance with relevant laws / regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

The Successful candidate must:

• Have a first degree in Finance, Accounting from a recognised University and possess at least 3 years supervisory experience in a similar role
• Be a member of a recognised accountancy/finance body (ACCA,CA-GH,CFC)
• Have advanced skill and knowledge in the use of MS Excel and Word
