The job holder will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Accountabilities Include

Brand the Company and lead the marketing and sales drive of all the products/facilities of the Company. Develop marketing / sales plan and implement so as to achieve the corporate objectives; Manage the entire Marketing and Sales team, support and Remittances and e-Banking business. Support the Research and Products Development team and conducting research, new products development and promote such products / facilities etc

Qualification Required & Experience

•  At least five(5) years experience as Marketing Manager preferably in a financial institution
•  A good first degree from a recognized university, Master’s degree qualification will be an added advantage
•  Experience in designing and successfully implementing Marketing / Sales Plan
•  Must have competences in strategic and tactical manipulations of the marketing tools and techniques.
•  Ability to perform both strategic and operational roles
•  Experience in people management and ability to work across all levels of the business
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills
•  Ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and financial regulations governing the business.
•  Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines etc.
•  Must possess strong ICT skills
