Competences and Skills

•  Excellent administrative and supervision skills
•  Good team player
•  Excellent working orientation and good knowledge in rural banking

Job Responsibilities

•  Supervision Duties of Field Credit Officers
•  Coalition and reconciliation of Field Credit reports
•  Preparation of regular reports on micro-credit, micro savings and monitoring of field Credit Staff, recovery and portfolio analysis for management information

Qualification Required & Experience

•  First degree or HND in any discipline
•  Two years relevant work experience
