Job Purpose

The Head of Mobile Money shall be responsible for providing the strategic direction for cash transactions and coordinate the achievement of set budgetary targets. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Duties

•  Achieve the Mobile money strategic plan and goals for the company
•  Coordinate achievement of budgetary target through direct actions to optimise cost and maximise revenue
•  Develop and manage the mobile money team by coaching and monitoring team members
•  Influence and align all stakeholders of the strategic plan to accomplish set goals
•  Report on performance against the strategic plan

Person Specification

•  Strong numeric and critical thinking skills
•  Broad business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
•  Leadership and networking skills
•  10 years financial services experience

Qualification Required & Experience

•  MBA in Marketing, Finance or Management
•  10 years of experience in senior management role in the financial sector
•  Excellent stakeholder Management skills
