The Head of Revenue Management shall be responsible for developing and implementing a life cycle approach for Order to Cash in the company. The role reports to the CFO.

Role Specific Requirements:

•  Design annual strategies and targets to improve finance reporting on revenue
•  Liaise with CFO to facilitate monthly analysis of revenue results and variances
•  Negotiate contracts along with Supply Chain functions for the supply of goods and services
•  Manage revenue and receivables with CFO to ensure proper reporting
•  Assist in annual audits
•  Work with Marketing and Technology to implement the delivery of products, services and promotions
•  Provide strategic direction with regards to Revenue Management
•  Prepare reports for senior management on Revenue Management initiatives
•  Motivate the team in the creation and implementation of new processes to efficiently deliver revenue savings initiatives
•  Identify long-term and ad-hoc training needs and requirements for teams
•  Devise initiatives that will lead to implementation of business changes

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Qualification:

•  10-15 years’ work experience with at least 7 years in managerial role
•  Proven management/ leadership proficiency
•  Finance, Auditing, Revenue Assurance or related assurance work experience
•  Good understanding and knowledge of telecommunications revenue assurance processes
•  Experience in the deployment of revenue assurance tools
•  Experience in a similar position
•  Previous experience within the Telecom industry
