Key Reponsibilities include:-

. Keep abreast with the industry to track trends, emerging technologies, market dynamics and dianostics of the company's position within the market / sector and formulate strategies to give the company a competitive advantage
. Provide strategic input for the formulation and update of the Corporate Business plan.
. Analyze the organizational database to build a diagnostic model for effective risk and control assessment and formulate
measures, in consultation with business units, to mitigate threats and optimize operational effectiveness.

Eligible Applicants must have:

. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, with strong competences in strategy formulation, statistics, industrial mathematics, Six Sigma and other quality assurance schemes
. Project Management, statistics and advanced knowledge in research tools and application software.
. Effective communication and presentation skills.
