Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales & marketing manager to join our  leading Real Estate development organization as we expand across the nation. You will be joining our team at a key time as we embark on an ambitious expansion plan.

Duties will include;

•   Execute and manage real estate sales operations, responsible for selling real estate units
•   Identify performance measures and assess and recommend changes
•   Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales
•   Supervise General Administration of Real Estate Sales department
•   Develop training plans for sales team and, and maintain developing them continuously to improve sales
•   Manage marketing plans to implementing sales
•   Set budgets, and manages the budgets of the departments
•   Focus on building sales team, and to identify shortcomings, and permanent development of sales operations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   To succeed in this role you will need a Bachelor's degree in relevant industry and 10 + years of experience in a similar role – managing real estate sales and extensive knowledge in the development and executing sales strategies. Desire to improve sales process and investments and able to readily to adapt quickly to rapid changes in trends.
