Responsibilities

•   Lead in the implementation of the HESQ programmes in line with Yara HESQ policies and procedures.
•   Support local management in terms of professional HESQ advice for local operations.
•   Support personnel and contractors to be trained and validated on each procedure.
•   Carry out risk assessment.
•   Investigate all incident, injuries and near misses.
•   Organize trainings such as Basic First Aid, fire-fighting etc.
•   Support Yara’s safety programme ; Safe by Choice.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Have passion for Safety and Health Issues.
•   Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial setting.
•   Formal and internationally recognized HESQ/Maintenance Qualification.
