A reputable Beach Resort in the Ningo Prampram District is the Greater Accra Region is looking for energetic and innovative persons urgently to fill in the following challenging position:- Hotel Manager

The resort has 18 rooms, is located on the coast and has a vast potential for growth is looking for a good competent innovative individuals.

General Description

•   Responsible for the day-to-day management of the resort
•   Oversee all the departments and ensure effective and efficient performance
•   Responsible for preparing annual plans for the approval of the directors with clear performance indicators
•   Submit weekly, monthly and annual financial reports to Board of Directors
•   Ensure efficient Management of resort website and other social media platforms
•   Proven ability for marketing and promoting the resort
•   Oversight responsibility for events planning
•   Develop, enforce and ensure the implementation of internal control measures to ensure highest return on investment.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least 3 years experience in similar position in the hotel and tourism industry
•   Bachelors, HND or equivalent qualification in hotel management / hospitality management
•   Should be very IT literate

Salary and Remuneration: Salary is competitive and performance based
