• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 5 years experience in HR
• Master's Degree with 3 years experience in HR
• Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR managerial position
• HR experience in Banking will be an added advantage
• A member of any HR professional qualifications will be an added advantage
