Job Vacancy For Human Resource Management Officer
A leading savings and loans company is seeking to recruit professional and innovative individuals with the imagination and determination to deliver clear direction and excellent services to its stakeholders:- Human Resource Management Officer
The job holder will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Accountabilities Include
Provide an effective Human Resource management support, managing employee records and data using HR information systems, assist to determine appropriate manpower levels consistent with the Company requirements, assist in the process of recruitment, selection and placement as well as training of staff monitor the progress of staff to ensure efficiency and commitment
Qualification Required & Experience
• At least three(3) years experience in similar position preferably in a financial institution
• A good first degree from a recognize university
• Good knowledge of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651)
• Experience in Generalist HR operations
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of HR software
• Must possess strong ICT skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines etc.
