Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager



A newly established, reputable, four star hotel in one of the southern regional capitals of Ghana requires the urgent services of the following:- Human Resource Manager

Job Position: Human Resource Manager Code: (H/P003)

Duties/Responsibilities

Major duties of the HRM shall include but not limited to the following:

•   Overseeing and supporting the administration of the attendance report for the entire hotel and ensure complete submission to Payroll prior to the deadline of payroll process
•   Set the HR Department objectives for the quarter and ensure each team member is well aware and meet the target.
•   Ensure effective implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures in accordance with the company objectives and Ghana Government legislation requirements
•   Interpret government of Ghana Labour Law, ensure observance of all company and regulatory requirements and provide advice to management and colleagues regarding the employment relationship
•   Report and monitor HR indicators (monthly, year-to-date and historically) to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
•   Development and delivery of training sessions relevant to HR matters for entire staff

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
•   Minimum of 3 years experience as a Human Resources Manager. An experience in Hotel Human Resource Management is an added advantage
•   Ability to effectively deal with internal and external guests, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
•   Excellent Microsoft Office skills and streamlined knowledge of HRM systems
