A reputable civil engineering and general building construction firm is seeking to fill the following vacancy:- Human Resource Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•  At least 1st degree in social sciences / humanities from a recognised / accredited university
•  A minimum of five (5) continuous years in human resource management
•  Knowledge in labour laws & industrial relations rules, regulations, procedure & practices in Ghana.
•  Managed a company with a numerical strength of not less than 200 active / regular employees
•  Appreciable level of experience in dealing with the trades unions
•  Ability to create a new HR department
