Job Vacancy For Human Resource Manager
A reputable company is expanding its operations across the country and is looking for competent persons to fill the following position:- Human Resource Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• First degree in Human Resource Management. A Postgraduate Degree in related discipline would be an added advantage
• 5 years in a company with over 50 employees.
• He/She must have extensive knowledge and experience within an HR environment and must demonstrate track record in developing and implementing strategic HR policies and practices within a complex, multi-business organisation.
• The Manager will have superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels
• Ability to engage with and win the respect of managers and general staff to successfully influence them on key change initiatives will be required.
• He/She shall ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place, conduct staff performance evaluations, identify training and development needs and opportunities.
• The Manager shall coordinate staff recruitment and slection process in order to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
• He/She shall perform other related duties as required
Proficient computer skills will include MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-Project and data entry
