Responsibilities

•   Maintain up-to-date West Blue Ghana ’s Human Resource data
•   Ensure that all West Blue Ghana staff have access to relevant documentation relating to their duties
•   Submit training requests and programmes to the General Manager where deficiencies in staff competency have been identified
•   Ensure all leave applications are processed and authorised as per internal West Blue Ghana procedures
•   Record on personnel files issues involving indiscipline or failure to perform duties by West Blue Ghana staff
•   Assist with review and preparation of position profiles for all West Blue Ghana staff positions as directed
•   Assist in recruitment processes and interview boards as directed by the General Manager;
•   Assist the General Manager in designing a staff rotation/development programme which will be beneficial to both staff and the business
•   Provide the General Manager with informed documented recommendations on probation
•   Coordinate collection and preparation of operating reports, such as time-and-attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data
•   Analyse jobs to delimit position responsibilities for use in wage and salary adjustments, promotions, and evaluation of workflow
•   Assist the General Manager in performing the yearly assessment of staff performance

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least a First Degree in Business Administration plus a minimum of 4 Years post-qualification Administrative and Management experience 2 of which must be in companies of similar business and/or environment.
•   A post graduate degree with the stated experience may be an added advantage.
