We are seeking to recruit experienced professionals with the determination to deliver first class services in our Human Resources Department for the above-mentioned role.
The job holder will act as the strategic enabler for his/her assigned business function and lead on the implementation and development of the overall people strategy for his/her assigned business function ensuring the HR team delivers and provides addded value HR solutions. In addition, the job holder will provide strategic insight and challenge to his/her business to ensure high performance is achieved within the business unit.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and build strong influential relationships across the senior management teams in order to provide solutions in ine with the overall People & Business Strategy
• Work in partnership with the leadership teams in the development and improvement of colleague, team and functional performance in line with the HR priorities
• Coach and challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues to raise the bar on performance across the function
• Champion talent management within the business unit and ensure a cohesive approach across functions, from acquisition to talent development to key employee retention
• Ensure that all key HR operational processes are delivered successfully to the business including recruitment and all other cyclical activity
• Indirectly lead business units on the People strategy, acting as a trusted advisor, coach and enabler
• Lead in implementation of development and leadership transformational HR projects that added value over the medium to long term
Qualification Required & Experience
Competence, expertise & knowledge:
• Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Recruiting and Selection, Talent Management and Reward
• Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior management/leadership teams and a proven track record of successfully influencing to achieve results
• Demonstrable experience of delivering robust, commercial HR solutions across a large complex environment/business
• The ability to develop and manage effective stakeholder relationships acros a diverse group with extensive experience in contractng and consulting
• Experience in coaching and developing individuals, teams and functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal including experience in presenting and influencing senior management
• Able to effectively manage a high volume workload
