The company: We are a well-established company operating in the mid-stream sector of the Petroleum Industry, with total staff strength of about 40 and growing, currently based in Accra, Tema and other locations nationwide. We have a vacancy for a qualified and competent HR professional to manage the function in our organization.

The successful candidate will be a generalist, familiar with all aspects of the role, and is likely to be currently heading the function in an SME, or acting as number two or an HR business partner in a larger organization. The right person will have a good first degree in any discipline, plus a relevant HR qualification, and will have at least, five years experience in total, working in HR.
