Job Vacancy For Human Resources Manager At Maxam



Maxam, one of the leaders in the Mining services industry is looking for suitably qualified individuals to fill the above position.

Main Responsibilities:

•  Implement Corporate HR policies, procedures and processes and adapt them to the subsidiary needs
•  Deliver full recruitment services including front-end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers
•  Develop and manage the HR budget and supervise training and development plans
•  Talent Management and succession planning
•  Oversee payroll administration
•  Performance Management
•  Handle all local labour related legal matters
•  Local and Regional HR reporting

Qualification Required & Experience

Skill and Competency Requirements:

•  Leadership, strategic and business vision
•  People developmment
•  Negotiation skills, project management and activity follow up
•  Open to change and supportive of cultural adaptation
•  Internal and external client orientation
•  A minimum of a University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration
•  A minimum of five years' HR experience with at least two years at Management level
•  Strong understanding of employment law
•  Fluency in English and French, other languages are valued
