RTI IS RECRUITING CANDIDATES FOR AN EARLY GRADE LEARNING PROGRAMME IN GHANA

ICT for Education and eLearning Specialist will lead the integration of ICT into an early grade learning programme designed to support teacher professional development and student learning.

•  She/he will work closely with technical experts to match specific ICT solutions to teaching and learning needs, conduct ICT readiness assessments and develop tailored implementation plans

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum 6 years of experience in apply ICT in education at the primary level and a Bachelor's degree in education, educational technology, or a related field
•  Experience providing teacher training or other relevant training on the use of ICT (software and hardware) to support teaching and learning and professional development
•  Experience assessing and monitoring teaching and learning needs, and the feasibility of introducing ICT to meet those needs
•  All positions require fluency in English; prior experience working on a USAID project is preferred
