Role Description

The insurance Product Manager generally has the following responsibilities:

•   Developing strategic plans and managing processes for product development, promotion and maintenance activities during each stage of the life cycle process
•   Coordinating marketing, sales and support activities for specific insurance products or product lines
•   Managing the operational and system processes to maximize efficiencies.
•   Leading the analysis of competitors products, features, pricing and other in formation, presenting marketing strategies and directions for specific insurance products
•   Managing the relationships between the company and insurance related stakeholders including government agencies
•   Hiring and training personnel working with the product or group, driving on-going technical support
•   Monthly and annual insurance reporting requirements
•   Monthly sales targets

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A tertiary degree in Finance, Economics or Business
•   Excellent knowledge of Ghana insurance industry
•   Minimum 5 years experience within in Insurance related product management
•   Experience at a large insurer preferential
