The Ghana Immigration Service invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for recruitment.

Responsibilities:

•  Conduct audit assignments
•  Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations
•  Preparation of audit reports for the unit
•  Provide inputs and proposals for the update of standards, procedures and guidelines for the internal audit unit
•  Undertake assurance engagements and investigation of records
•  Assist in the design and implementation of appropriate training programmes for the unit

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualifications:

•  Good first degree in Accounting or Auditing from any recognised University or tertiary institution or
•  ICA Level 2 or
•  ACCA Level 2
•  At least 2 years post qualification in an audit-related function
•  Should be able to carry out audit assignments with very little supervision
•  Computer literate e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point
•  Should be conversant with accounting software
