Job Title: Intervention Manager for Northern Ghana Market/Livelihood Development Programme

Roles and Responsibility:

Intervention Managers will undertake research on target market systems and support development of a strategy for catalyzing market development.

•  They will manage market interventions on a daily basis and conduct ongoing monitoring of the intervention process

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Strong analytical and quantitative skills
•  Proficiency with MS Excel
•  Ability to write a business case about an economic opportunity
•  Experience in M4P and/or value-chain projects in agricultural/rural markets in Northern Ghana;
•  Experience in relevant market system (e.g. cereals, soya, livestock, cowpea, shea) or experience in relevant support markets (e.g. BDS, Finance, agri processing/marketing, etc)
•  3+ years' professional experience in a relevant area. Fluent English and relevant northern language(s) with strong communication skills
