Golden Tulip Kumasi City, an international 4-star hotel is looking for: IT Coordinator

Key Requirements
The candidate must be capable of:

•  Evaluating and assessing user needs and system functionality
•  Developing comprehensive knowledge and usage of all software (e.g., Amadeus, Info Genesis, Persol, etc
•  Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, where appropriate, to ensure cost effectiveness
•  Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
•  Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, printer services and e-mail provision

Qualification Required & Experience

•  The candidate must have a BSc, HND or City and Guilds equivalent in IT Telecommunications
•  The candidate must hold a similar position in the hotel industry. He/she must have a minimum of three (3) years’ hands on experience. Candidates with more years’ experience in a 4-5 star hotel with IT knowledge but lesser qualifications can also apply.

Conditions:
The position offered is a full time position based on flexible working hours and reporting to the Hotel’s Chief Engineer.
