The company is seeking to recruit highly experienced, results-driven and resourceful IT professionals to fill the above position.

Position reports to the General Manager, Technology.

Purpose of the Position:
To plan, direct and coordinate the IT operations and activities of the company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•   Implement and support standards related to Infrastructure and Software development
•   Actively participate in the development  and implementation of software programmes such as ERP/DMS/CRM
•   Develop business automation tools/applications to make business operations more agile
•   Manage and ensure fast communication of data/voice/video/internet in a highly secure manner while protecting the company information
•   Manage vendors, information security, connectivity, disaster recovery planning, and development of internal applications/systems
•   Responsible for the documentation, and implementation of the IT security policy and procedures
•   Facilitate the availability of real time MIS to key stake holders for effective decisions to be taken
•   Responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT Infrastructure (Hardware & Software) of the company
•   Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution
•   Certification in Project Management will be an advantage
•   A minimum of eight (8) years experience in general technology, three (3) of which must be in a managerial position

Technical Competencies Required:

•   Exceptional skills in software and hardware IT Infrastructure with sufficient demonstrable accomplishments in both areas
•   Exceptional skills in the development and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM & ERP as well as other Java/HTML 5 based applications
•   Strong knowledge on virtualisation, active directory, etc

Managerial Competencies Required:

•   Demonstrate abilities to manage a core team to deliver results
•   Ability to establish plans and follow through to deliver results in a timely manner
•   Ability to analyse the company’s IT needs, evaluate alternatives and make logical recommendations based on findings

Personality Competencies Required:

•   Strong analytical skills
•   Strong oral and written communication skills
•   Good leadership skills
•   Strong interpersonal skills
