Job Summary

CEIBS Africa Programme is presently expanding its workforce and at the same time increasing the number of programmes that it delivers. In order to strengthen our marketing efforts, maintain the quality relationships we have with all our stakeholders and improve our efficiency we are currently recruiting personnel for key position.

Responsibilities

•   The first point of contact for all IT issues, in order to provide telephone and desktop support to all employees and assist in administration and maintenance of IT systems.
•   Maintain systems availability and efficiently across the organization, ensuring all systems meet the requirements of the organization at all times.
•   Responsible for compilation and maintenance of an accurate record of hardware and software.
•   Support and coordinate IT sourcing and vendor / partner management.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
•   Must have relevant experience and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Operating Systems, Terminal Services, IPSEC/SSL VPN, Active Directory, VMware and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 systems administration.
•   Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).
•   Must understand architecture of wireless voice/data networks; troubleshoot/resolve service impairments in software services, network, hardware & software faults and voice/data network elements.
