The Ghana Insurers Association (GIA) invites applications from suitably qualified persons to join the Association's Secretariat in the position stated above.

Job Objective:
To manage the Association's IT systems to provide effective, efficient and reliable support for the Associations operations which will include managing the Association's Database, website, LAN and WAN.

•  The most suitable candidate would be one who, in addition to technical IT knowledge and experience also has experience in designing and undertaking research, and analyzing data for management decision making.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A minimum of 1st Degree in Computer Science/statistics from a recognized university
•  Must have considerable experience in designing and undertaking research
•  A good appreciation of basic marketing communication practice and ability to be innovative and creative
•  Excellent communication skills especially in writing

Working Experience:

•  A minimum of Three (3) years relevant working experience in a customer-oriented organization

Soft skills required:

•  Must have excellent human relations and communication skills
•  Must be an effective team player
•  Must have a positive attitude
•  Must be pragmatic, flexible and easily adaptable to situations
