A reputable IT company in Ghana is looking for an: IT Team Leader

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
•  Experience in managing team of at least 4 members over the last 3 years
•  Strong ability to lead team to execute projects in strict timelines
•  Highly responsible and sensitive to deadlines
•  Must hold a valid MSCE certification
•  Customer service oriented and willing to work for long hours
•  Experience in designing and implementing data centre and disaster recovery environments

Knowledge and hands-on experience in

•  Windows Server 2003, 2008, Red Hat enterprise server, Linux CentOs
•  Storage – EMC, Netapp, including inter-site replication
•  Backup solutions
•  Virtualization solutions
